ملخص: | The study aimed to identify the requirements of strategic implementation and relationship to the strategic performance of the insurance sector in Palestine. To achieve the objectives of the study، the researcher used the descriptive correlational approach in his study due to its suitability to the nature of the study، as the study community consisted of employees of insurance companies in the public administrations in the Ramallah Governorate in 2024، numbering (670) employees. The researcher used the simple random sample method in this study، as the study tool "questionnaire" was distributed to the sample members electronically، and (245) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis. Among the most important results reached by the study were: The requirements of strategic implementation in the insurance sector came at a high degree، and the results showed that the strategic performance of the insurance sector in Palestine was high، and the results showed a strong correlation between the requirements of strategic implementation and its relationship to the strategic performance of the insurance sector، and the correlation coefficient reached 86.7%. Based on these results، the study came out with a set of recommendations that could help decision-makers in the insurance sector in Palestine to understand the reality of strategic implementation requirements and its relationship to the strategic performance of the insurance sector in Palestine، including: 1. Work to strengthen the organizational structure by investing in this strong structure to enhance coordination between different departments and facilitate strategic decision-making. It is preferable to enhance strategic guidance and ensure everyone's commitment to the company's goals. 2. The necessity of training and developing strategic leadership by developing leadership skills among senior managers and officials. By training them to make innovative strategic decisions and keep pace with changes in the market. 3. Companies should focus on reviewing strategic policies periodically to ensure their compatibility with changing market needs. Policies should also be updated to include innovative solutions that stimulate growth. |
