Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of strategic intelligence in managing organizational conflicts in the Ministry of Transport and Communications in the southern West Bank, and the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach due to its suitability for the study and in order to achieve its objectives, and the study community was represented in all employees in the ministry, which numbered (492) male and female employees, who were randomly selected from them starting from the position of head of the division and above, and the study sample reached (100) single, and the data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program SPSS. The study reached the most important results: the degree of application of strategic intelligence in the Ministry of Transport and Communications in the southern West Bank came with a medium score, and that the level of organizational conflict management in the ministry came to an average degree, and the study found a statistically significant impact at the level of statistical significance (a<0.05) of strategic intelligence in its dimensions (future vision, systems thinking, foresight, motivation and motivation, and partnership) in the management of organizational conflicts in the ministry. The study recommended the design of specialized training programs in systemic thinking and foresight aimed at raising the efficiency of employees in analyzing organizational contexts in the ministry, linking activities and objectives to each other within an integrated strategic vision, and strengthening material and moral incentive systems through the development of incentive mechanisms that contribute to raising the level of motivation and motivation among employees in the ministry, which will reflect positively on the overall performance and interaction with the strategic directions of the ministry.
