Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the impact of ethical leadership on the quality of work life among employees of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, in light of the independent variables (gender, academic qualification, job title, years of experience). The researcher used the descriptive correlational approach. The study community consisted of all employees of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, numbering (392). The study sample consisted of (192) male and female employees, who were selected using a simple random sample method. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data related to the study. The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between ethical leadership and the quality of work life among employees of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports. It also showed that there is an impact of ethical leadership on job quality among employees of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports. It also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance alpha (0.05≥α) in the respondents' perception of ethical leadership and perception of the quality of work life in the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports attributed to the following demographic variables (job title, years of experience) with the exception of gender, academic qualification. Based on the results, the study recommended providing the necessary facilities to achieve a balance between life Personality and career in public institutions, and it is preferable for the ministry to allocate sufficient time for employees through scheduling tasks; in order to carry out their job duties, and we also recommend the Ministry of Youth and Sports to enhance the level of ethical leadership skills among its managers, in order to develop mental skills, and to enable them to predict problems before they occur; by holding training courses that enhance the dimensions of ethical leadership among them.
