الشعور بالأمن النفسي وعلاقته بدافعية التعلم لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى كل من الشعور بالأمن النفسي ودافعية التعلم لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة وأثر بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (جنس الطالب، مكان السكن، عدد الساعات المجتازة، دخل الأسرة الشهري) على الأمن النفسي ودافعية التعلم، وكذلك معرفة العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي ودافعية التعلم. حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) طالباً وطالبة خلال العام الدراسي 2017/2016، واختيروا بطريقة المعاينة العشوائية الطبقية، وقد شكلت العينة ما نسبته (%5.2) من المجتمع الأصلي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية للأمن النفسي ودافعية التعلم لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة. واستخدم الباحث مقايس الشعور بالامن النفسي ومقباس دافعية التعلم. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة خطية موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين درجتي الأمن النفسي ودافعية التعلم لدى الطلبة حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط بيرسون بينهما (.489)، أي أنه كلما ارتفع شعور الطلبة بالأمن النفسي ارتفعت دافعيتهم للتعلم والعكس صحيح. وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في متوسطات الأمن النفسي لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغيرات مكان السكن ودخل الأسرة الشهري، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في متوسطات الأمن النفسي لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور ولمتغير عدد الساعات المجتازة لصالح الذين اجتازوا (100) ساعة فأعلى. وتبين عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في متوسطات دافعية التعلم لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، ومكان السكن، وعدد الساعات المجتازة، ودخل الأسرة الشهري.

This Study Aimed to determine the level of sense of psychological security and its relation with learning motivation among students of al- quds open university- and the impact of some demographic variables (such as student's gender, place of residence, number of hours passed, and family's monthly income) on psychological security and learning motivation, and knowing the relation between psychological security and learning motivation. The study sample consisted of (350) male and female students during the academic year 2017/2016, who were selected by random stratification method. The sample formed 5.2% of the original society. The results of the study showed that the total degree of psychological Security and its relation with learning Motivation among the students of al- quds open university gained a high dgree, sense of psychological security measure was used by the researcher in addition to motivation measure. The results also showed that there was a positive linear relationship between the levels of psychological security and learning Motivation among the students. The coefficient of Pearson correlation between them was (0.489), which means that the higher the students' feeling of psychological security, the more motivated they were to learn and vice versa. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the means of psychological security of students due to the variables of place of residence and family's monthly income, and there were statistically significant differences in the means of psychological security among students due gender in favor of males, and the number of hours passed in favor of those who passed (100) hours or more. There were no statistically significant differences in students' Motivation to learn attributed to gender, place of residence, number of hours passed, and family's monthly income.
